To keep document production running smoothly, your templates and users need support.

CDEV Computing offers a support service to keep your templates in full working order, resolve user problems and maintain updates.

1. Template change support

Having acquired a set of templates it is inevitable that over time changes are required to keep the templates up-to-date, for example:

add a new office or change an office address
company rebrand requiring new logo and new style
upgrade versions of Word or Windows
minor changes and enhancements
bugs to be fixed

2. User support

Users can sometimes make an unfathomably mess of a document. When the local experts cannot resolve the issue then its time to pass it on for our expert analysis. We will resolve these issues and explain how to avoid them in future.

3. Our Service

Currently we support: City of London, APACS, Syngenta, Ecclesiastical Insurance Group, ECOTEC, Forsythe (USA). Some of these contracts are in their fourth year demonstrating their value to these clients.

Our support is telephone and email with the option for some built-in on-site days. We guarantee a timely response to resolution of issues.
