We offer three levels of solution. Template only, Template + wizard, and Template + wizard + formatting and content insertion tools.
We setup the templates, one for each of Letter, Report/Proposal, Agenda, Minutes, Memo etc using Word best practice to yield documents that are highly robust and easy to use.
Each template is formatted using styles and these styles are accurately set to follow the brand specification. The layout, margins, headers and footers, office addresses, logos & images and continuation pages are all preset to deliver the corporate brand.
We implement active blue placeholders in the templates to make user editing as quick and easy as possible. (Users can press F11 to move to the next placeholder):

The templates are setup as above but this time with a data-entry wizard that is displayed each time a document is created based on a template.

We include a quick-access toolbar with this solution. See the screenshot below. To create a letter the user simply clicks the Letter button.
As Solution 2. above but this time the toolbar has powerful functions that assist in formatting and inserting content and protect the document from corruption.
